Welcome. My name is André Welbergen, and I believe that art can speak to the soul in ways words sometimes cannot.

 

With that in mind, I began creating free Christian postcards under the title Faith in Art — small works of art featuring Bible verses, meant to encourage, inspire, or simply offer a quiet moment of reflection. The postcards can currently only be viewed digitally, but they can soon also be ordered as postcards for free.

 

The images on my cards are created with the help of AI, guided by my artistic direction. I carefully choose the atmosphere, style, and symbolism, so that the image and Bible verse form a meaningful and encouraging whole. This project is not only creative for me, but deeply personal. It is an expression of gratitude and faith.

 

Beyond the cards, I’m also working on other art series — including one centered around the egg, as a symbol of origin, design, and the question of Creation. But more about that later.

 

My hope is that these works spark something in the viewer — wonder, comfort, faith.
